Suggestions or comments about website are welcome:
If link is not supported by your email program, please use the "send a message" link above instead and choose webmaster. Please include name, company, phone, email and fax in all correspondence.
(NOTE: this site is designed for best viewing on IE4 or higher, Netscape 4 or higher, 800x600 browser window, default meduim font)
Ads/scumware disclaimer:
If you are seeing banner, pop-up, or slide in ads while visiting, they are NOT coming from Lambert Corporation! We do not use them.
We also DO NOT request you to install software (with the exception of the Adobe Acrobat Reader, version 5 or higher is required to read our pdf literature). We link directly to the Adobe download site to get the latest version of the Reader. If you get an offer for some other software while visiting our site, it is not coming from Lambert Corporation or our website so DO NOT install it!
Why be concerned? This type of program:
 robs you of internet connection speed and time;
 works behind the scenes to provide your private information to a remote server;
 often compromises your computer (and network) security; and
 interfers with viewing websites by adding new links or text or ads that were never written into the pages by the webmaster or;
 makes browsing the internet for business or pleasure a frustrating chore;
 often overlay site information with someone else's ad;
 redirecting your browser away from the site you wanted to see and carry you to sites you never wanted to visit!
How does it get into a computer? This stuff is sneaky. Usually it enters your system while you are installing some piece of software that you have downloaded.
How do you know if you are infected? Do you use a search engine (Google, Yahoos, etc) and end up with 2 or more pages of links? You should get only one! Do you go to sites like this one that offer no ads and yet you are offered training, computer"fixes", other popup or slide in ads? This is a good clue that you have adware on your machine. Consider checking your system for Advertising scumware such as HOTBAR, KAZAA, ALEXA, EZULA, TOP TEXT, SURF+, GATOR (GAIN, Precision Time, Date Manager, etc) and many more variants.
Are there any programs that can prevent infection, or clean them out? Yes, there are many programs, free and paid with various levels of abilities and support. There are many websites dedicated to removing scumware from your computer. Lambert Corporation does not endorse any product and offers this information as a courtesy only!
