A high quality, pre-packaged, thin cementious repair and resurfacing material requiring only water to mix. Designed for interior and exterior use, the special additives give a fast set: open to foot traffic in 2 to 3 hours and vehicle traffic in 24 to 36 hours.  Creates a “like new” appearance.

Available in two formulas!
Renew Coat C - COARSE  (formerly broom finish)
Heavier grit for thicker applications
Renew Coat F - FINE (formerly hard trowel finish)
Finer grit for smooth finish to feather edge

For best application, please make sure the surface has been throughly pressurewashed.
A sponge float can also be used in finishing the surface.

Specific example:  a new subdivision in Orlando, Florida
Before the new drive had cured, neighborhood children wrote in it and damaged it by riding bikes through it.
Renew Coat is applied as a skim coat to the full surface of the driveway.

After application complete, drive cures to hard new surface.  House is ready for sale.
