EXPOSITE SB II

26%-28% solids, clear sealer for concrete and masonry surfaces. Applied as a clear liquid, EXPOSITE SB II is a non-yellowing methyl-methacrylate copolymer resin that drys clear and produces a hard, flexible film coating. It is effective in preserving and enhancing stamped colored concrete as well as other floor surfaces like concrete pavers, quarry tile, and exposed aggregate concrete.

It produces a “wet glossy look” that does not contain silicones, waxes or oils. A treated surface sheds water, resists dirt build-up and mold growth, and prevents most chemical stains. Exposite SB II uses better coalescing solvents than regular Exposite SB to facilitate use in warmer climates and windier conditions.

Packaging: Available in 55 gal. (208 liter) drums, 5 gal. (19 liter) pails, or case of four 1 gal (3.8 liter) plastic jugs.

Coverage: Coverage ranges from 200 to 400 sf/gal (4.9 to 9.8 m²/liter) depending on surface porosity.
