FREIGHT    TAX    AVAILABILITY    RETURNS    SHORTAGES

HOW WILL FREIGHT BE HANDLED?
There is no minimum purchase.  If you need one pail or 36 or full semi truck loads, we can handle the order!
The cost per unit (per pail) is less if you have a full pallet of material as compared to only a couple pails.

Small orders: One or two pails or a few of the 2# cans of DRY material (ex: powder release) may be shipped via UPS to a  commercial or a residential address for a little bit more.  UPS will leave material at the doorstep without a signature.

Larger orders, orders containing liquid material or anything hazardous: must be shipped via common carrier. Lambert Corporation has excellent discounts with many national freight lines and will get you the best rate possible.  UPS is NOT an option for larger orders due to cost!
COMMON CARRIER OPTIONS:
HOME:  Larger orders and orders containing liquid material can be sent to your residence for an additional common carrier  fee of $20 - $60, however, someone MUST be there to sign for the shipment.
LOCAL BUSINESS ADDRESS: We can ship to a business address where semi trucks are able to deliver, at no additional charge, for example a nursery, local 7-11, etc.  (Home based businesses are NOT considered commercial addresses for commercial carriers.)
FREIGHT TERMINAL:  You may have your order held on the dock of a freight terminal close to you at no additional charge, as long as it is picked up within 48 hours. Let us know the nearest large city (so we can locate a terminal) or specify a preferred carrier (we use ESTES, R&L Carriers, Fed Ex Freight , Saia and Averitt most often).

ARE THE PRODUCTS READILY AVAILABLE?
Products typically ship within 48 hours, sometimes 72.  If the product is not in stock or in production, it may take longer so we will notify you via e-mail or phone if there is a problem.  All orders are shipped complete unless a partial order is pre-approved.  Small orders (one or two pails, etc) MAY ship on same day if ordered early in the morning and in stock.

Claims for shortages must be taken up within 5 days after receipt of goods. Claims for breakage should be taken up with the carriers. Merchandise returned without our approval will not be accepted. WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DOES LAMBERT EXCEPT?
Lambert accepts debit cards, credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express), Money Orders, wire transfers and cash payments.  Personal or business check paid in advance can be accepted but is not recommended as the products will not be shipped until the check has cleared both banks causing a week delay in processing the order.  Please note that 30 day payment structures are NOT available on this type of account! Only large distributors that buy very high volumes, large quantities (semi truckloads) and resell our products qualify for accounts with extended payment terms.

Orders from customers WITH ACCOUNTS can be emailed to us (for fastest processing, make sure the subject reads: curb email order), online ordering if qualified, via fax or via phone during business hours. Lambert is NOT open on weekends or in the late evenings so orders will only be processed during regular business hours.
